The allure of social media lies in the incessant need for attention, validation, and belonging therefore individuals embellish their lives, doing whatever it takes to acquire the attention they crave.
In the wake of their unmet expectations, they find themselves questioning their worth, value, and ultimately their confidence. The virtual world becomes a cruel judge, inflicting wounds that cut deep into their fragile psyche. We must recognize the detrimental impact social media addiction can have on an individual's mental health and work towards fostering a healthier relationship with these platforms.
